Neighborhood Partnerships
The Neighborhood Partnerships Division leads and supports community and civic engagement strategies through a neighborhood-focused lens. As a newly formed division in 2025, the mission is to strengthen connections between residents and local government by enhancing access, transparency and responsiveness.
One of the first priorities is reimagining the Welcome Center at Village Hall to be a more inviting and accessible space for all. The team acts as a liaison between the community and the Village — helping residents, businesses and organizations navigate Village services, while ensuring that they’re connected with the appropriate departments.
The Neighborhood Partnerships Division is also committed to listening. Through outreach and feedback opportunities, staff aims to understand what’s working, what isn’t and where improvement can be made. Resident input will directly shape the policies, procedures and service enhancements the team pursues to reflect the needs and values of our community.
