Parking & Mobility Services

Parking space is a scarce resource in the Village of Oak Park, which was fully developed by the 1930's before the numbers of vehicles had reached today's levels. Available space must be managed through regulations in order to balance need with supply. Parking Services manages all public parking, including enclaves, garages and more than 100 off-street lots. Staff issue parking permits and passes as well as vehicle licenses.
