The Oak Park Department of Public Health will offer COVID-19 vaccines, including booster shots for those who are eligible and first doses to anyone age 12 and older, at this vaccination clinic at the Central Fire Station, 100 N. Euclid Ave.
Residents who wish to participant in the clinic are urged to register in advance to avoid unnecessary delays and speed up the process – click here to sign up.
Booster shots will only be available to eligible recipients who received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at least six months ago. The Moderna vaccine has not been approved for booster shots.
Anyone seeking a booster shot will need to bring their vaccine card that lists information about their previous doses of the Pfizer vaccine.
The mobile vaccination van also is expected to be in downtown Oak Park next Saturday. Details about signing up will be posted at www.oak-park.us/vaccine as they become available.
