Regular Village Board meetings are held at 7:30 p.m., the first and third Mondays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall, 123 Madison St. When a regular meeting falls on a holiday, meetings typically are held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions, which often are working meetings intended to allow extended discussion of items that may later come before the board at a regular meeting for a vote. Special meetings typically occur on the second and fourth Monday. However, dates and times of special meetings can vary and may change.
Regular board meetings are broadcast live on VOP-TV, the government television station available to Comcast subscribers on channel 6 and AT&T subscribers on channel 99. Meetings are replayed at 11 a.m., Sundays and Tuesdays, and 7 p.m., Wednesdays. Days and times of live cablecast vary for other meetings, but they are replayed at 11 a.m., Thursdays and Saturdays, and 7 p.m., Tuesdays.
