Owners and managers of multi-family apartment buildings with four or more units in Oak Park are required to attend an annual seminar to learn about a wide range of programs, services and legal requirements.
Representatives are on hand from various Village and community organizations, including the Building & Property Standards, Fire, Health and Police departments.
This year’s seminar is scheduled for Wed., Oct. 30, in Village Hall, 123 Madison St. Sessions will be at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. — attendees can choose the time that best fits their schedules. Registration is not required.
