Remote meetings of the Civic Information Systems Commission are authorized pursuant to Section 7(e) of the Open Meetings Act. The Village President has determined that an in-person meeting is not practical or prudent due to the COVID-19 outbreak during Governor Pritzker’s current disaster proclamation. It is also not feasible to have a person present at the regular meeting location due to public safety concerns related to the COVID-19 outbreak.
