Cook County is hosting a series of public meetings on its Long Range Transportation Plan to get feedback from residents and businesses on on transportation priorities and potential long-range scenarios. Feedback from Oak Park residents is critical to helping develop the overall plan.
The next meeting is 4 to 7 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Franklin Park Police Station, 9451 W. Belmont Ave., Franklin Park. The public meeting will not feature any sort of formal presentation -- instead, planning officials invite the public to stop in anytime from 4 to 7 p.m. and offer input.
