Sept. 22, 2015 – Executives from the companies building the mixed-use development at Lake Street and Forest Avenue in Oak Park joined officials from the Village of Oak Park today during a topping-off event to mark a significant milestone for the $99 million project.
Vantage Oak Park is a 21-story mixed-use development that adds 270 rental apartments and approximately 25,000 square feet of retail and commercial space at a high-profile corner in downtown Oak Park. Vantage Oak Park replaces a Village-owned parking deck with a modern and more efficient 588-space garage that will significantly expand parking capacity in the area.
